Privacy Policy
How TUMBLOX handles customer, quote, payment, order tracking, support, wholesale inquiry, and custom inflatable project information.
TUMBLOX collects only the information needed to operate a factory-direct inflatable products business: answer questions, prepare quotes, process orders, support products, and maintain secure customer and admin workflows.
Information we collect
We may collect name, email, phone, company, shipping address, billing address, quote requirements, product interests, cart data, order records, support messages, uploaded product photos, review content, and account login metadata.
Payments
Retail payments may be processed through Airwallex. TUMBLOX does not store full card numbers on its own servers. Payment status, intent ID, gateway reference, and limited processing metadata may be stored for order support and reconciliation.
Logistics and tracking
Tracking numbers, carriers, shipping milestones, and delivery status may be used to provide order tracking. If a 17TRACK integration is enabled, tracking data can be requested from that provider for order visibility.
How we use data
Data is used for quoting, order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, account access, warranty review, product improvement, legal compliance, tax or customs records, and internal operations.
Private areas
Account, checkout, order, admin, and API endpoints are not public content surfaces. Full order details require customer account access or matching email verification.
Your choices
You may contact TUMBLOX to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, warranty, or operational reasons.
