Shipping Info for Air Tracks and Custom Inflatables
Factory-direct fulfillment for inflatable air tracks, SUP paddle boards, rescue boats, inflatable docks, commercial inflatables, and OEM projects.
TUMBLOX ships retail orders, wholesale batches, and custom inflatable products from the best available warehouse, factory, or freight route. Final shipping terms depend on product size, quantity, destination, stock status, and whether the order is retail, wholesale, or OEM.
Retail orders
Small air tracks, balance beams, pumps, rollers, and accessories may ship by parcel or express carrier when stock is available. Oversized mats, SUP boards, inflatable docks, rescue boats, tents, and bounce houses may require freight handling.
B2B and OEM freight
Wholesale and custom orders may ship by express, air freight, sea freight, door-to-door forwarder, FOB, EXW, DDP, or another agreed Incoterm. Freight cost and lead time are confirmed on the quote or pro forma invoice.
Production lead time
In-stock items can move faster. Custom logo, custom color, non-standard size, retail packaging, and bulk OEM runs require production time before shipping. TUMBLOX staff confirms the estimated production window before final payment.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, port charges, and local compliance costs vary by destination and are handled according to confirmed order terms. Unless a quote says duties are included, the buyer is responsible for destination charges.
Tracking
Tracking appears on the Track Order page after staff adds carrier details. When a 17TRACK integration is configured, TUMBLOX can display live timeline events; otherwise the carrier or public tracking link remains available.
Receiving large inflatables
Inspect the carton, valve area, seams, accessories, pump, repair kit, and product label on arrival. For visible damage, photograph the outer carton before opening and contact TUMBLOX with the order number.
